However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content solely in connection with providing and improving the Service and our business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any User Content you submit.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Blueprint at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the service, other users, or third parties. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (User Content), 9 (Disclaimer), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 13 (Governing Law), and 14 (Contact) shall survive any termination.

Blueprint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability
